Clearance Requirements
Eaglestones House Clearance were appointed to clear out all contents from a cottage in the Forres area of Inveness. The house clearance entailed clearing out contents from a slightly cluttered garage, an attic and some items from outside in the rear garden as well as throughout the house.
Upon completion of the house clearance the customer requested a full general house clean to be carried out also, this was booked in to be carried out the following morning.
Clearance Overview
3 members of staff arrived to carry out the house clearance, fully uniformed in one of our unmarked luton vans, they arrived at 9am as agree’d. The house clearance was started and took nearly all day to clear, clearing out 4 van loads in total.
Disposal of Contents
A lot of the contents were fit for charity however not all were. Over half of the house contents were recycled to a local site where it was carefully categorised, with the guys working late they did not make it in time to the recycling centre before closing, therefor they had to rise early the following morning to load off the house contents.
After loading off the contents the following morning the guys arrived back at the property to carry out a full general clean as requested, the clean took around 3 hours to complete.

What Size Vans Do You Use?
We use large (unmarked for your discretion) luton vans, they are the largest vans in their class. They measure 14ft in length with a light weight luton box. Hi-cube body 180′ degrees with a huge 22 cubic metre volume, lower chassis for quicker and easy loading.
